First home owners grant and information
First Home Owners Boost – How much do you know?

Between 14 October 2008 and 30 June 2009 (inclusive), the Australian Government is providing additional financial support of up to $21,000 to eligible first home buyers in the form of the First Home Owners Boost (FHOB). To educate potential first home buyers on the benefits of the FHOB, the Government has developed information brochures and posters about the Boost. The brochures provide factual information about the FHOB, including eligibility criteria. A website has also been developed to communicate the information in the brochure.
